As the director for New York, you will leverage your experience selling technology in the HR/Talent Management space to introduce SkillSurvey's patent-pending approach to reference checking. You will manage all aspects of your territory - following-up on marketing leads as well as creating your own, managing relationships with clients, forecasting, and recording sales activity within CRM. Working from a home office, you will conduct demos on-line or in-person. Some overnight travel will be required. The successful candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, an attention for detail, and connections within the Human Resource community.
