Ray Bixler (CEO) with over 20 years of sales leadership and general management experience, Ray is a seasoned executive whose focus has been the management and improvement of client relationships, the development of client-focused marketing strategies, and new business development. Prior to joining SkillSurvey, Ray served as Vice President with Caliper, an organizational development consulting firm, where he consulted with hundreds of small and mid-size businesses and several F500 organizations in developing better hiring, development, performance management and succession planning strategies. Previous to that, he honed his management expertise at WorldCom/MCI and RCN Corporation. After attending Drexel University, Ray received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Immaculata University. Cynthia A. Hedricks, Ph.D. (Chief Analytics Officer) has over 20 years diverse experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data gathered in the applied setting. She was Senior Vice President of Research & Development at Caliper, where she led a team that developed new products and deliverables, conducted basic psychometric research, and supported the firm's research-based consulting services. Her most recent projects included a global study of the personality qualities that distinguish women leaders, and the development of norms for cross-cultural comparisons. She was on the faculty at the University of Southern California, teaching a doctoral seminar on Work and Leisure, and courses in research methods and data analysis. She has a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College, M.A.'s from The University of Chicago and the University of Hartford, and a Ph.D. from The University of Chicago. She was awarded an Andrew W. Mellon fellowship for study at the Carolina Population Center, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Jim Ray (VP, Alliances) has over 12 years of experience and a track record of success developing market strategies, building product marketing plans, and creating corporate strategic alliances that drive revenue. Jim has held marketing and management positions at IBM, Lotus Development Corporation, and InfoLibria. Jim received his B.A. from Lafayette College and his MBA from Northeastern University. Erika von Hoyer (VP, Marketing) has earned a reputation for successfully marketing and selling technology-based subscription programs. With over 15 years in the industry, she has developed strategies for lead generation, value creation and relationship building, supporting both retention and bottom-line growth. In addition to serving as a speaker in the industry, her marketing strategies have been cited in publications including 1to1 Media., A division of Peppers & Rogers Group. Prior to joining SkillSurvey, Erika worked for Bentley Systems and for Analytical Graphics. She received a B.S. from Syracuse University and her MBA from Villanova University. She is an active member of the American Marketing Association and serves on the board of directors for two non-profit organizations.
