Previously, Ray served as Vice President of Caliper where he consulted with hundreds of small, mid size and Fortune 500 businesses to develop better hiring, development, performance management and succession planning strategies.

Since joining SkillSurvey in 2008, she has nurtured a strong level of partnership with a focus on helping our customers hire, retain and source top talent through our solution. Brenda brings over 16 years of leadership and management experience, with a strong background in recruitment and technology prior to SkillSurvey.

Since joining us in 2007, Cynthia has expertly aligned our technological innovations with market demands and uses psychometric research principles to maintain the integrity of our assessment methodology.
An expert advisor with global consulting experience, she’s spent her career improving the quality-of-hire of organizations as varied and successful as Wal-Mart, GlaxoSmithKline and Reebok.
She has a Ph.D. in biopsychology from the University of Chicago and is active in industry bodies including the Human Capital Institute and the Society for Human Resources (SHRM).

Before SkillSurvey, Steve was with leading technology firms in North America, where he worked closely with a number of Fortune 500 firms including eBay, Kohl’s and McDonald’s.

Burke is responsible for software development and computer operations. He created and manages our low-risk and responsive software development process.
Before joining us, he served as The Vanguard Group’s Agile Process Expert where he established himself as a thought leader having designed the Vanguard Agile development methodology.

Read Emily's full bio
Emily leads people resources, recruitment and talent management at SkillSurvey. Previously, she led the HR department for a strategic staffing firm specializing in technology placements, primarily for large financial services organizations. While instrumental in supporting all aspects of the business as it relates to HR functions, Emily also aligned closely with operations, sales initiatives, and client relations. Emily has also had roles in public relations and advertising.

Bruce heads SkillSurvey’s sales organization and operations with a focus on providing enterprise and mid-size organizations with solutions to make better hiring decisions. Bruce is a passionate executive and sales leader who has spent his career in the technology and human resources arenas.
Prior to SkillSurvey, he led sales teams at Equifax, ChoicePoint, Sterling Infosystems (now known as SterlingBackcheck) and most recently was the Executive Vice President of Global Sales with TalentWise. Bruce also built and was President/CEO of Kiva Networking, a Midwest technology and Internet services firm.

A results-oriented, hands-on marketing and communications executive she most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Ellucian (formerly SunGard Higher Education), a global higher education technology and service provider for colleges and universities around the world.
With over two decades of experience working in the technology sector, Michelle has also held roles in software development, product management, communications, college recruiting, and human resources.

Dr. Fred Oswald
Read Fred's full bio
A professor in industrial/organizational psychology at Rice University, Dr. Oswald’s research and expertise focus on personnel selection systems and psychological measurement in organizational settings.
Dr. Oswald’s considerable statistical, consulting and legal expertise and experience has resulted in his writing 50 peer-reviewed papers, 15 book chapters, and over 100 presentations. He received his Ph.D. in psychology in 1999 from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Robert E. Ployhart

Dr. Ployhart has published over 90 scholarly articles and chapters, and presented over 100 peer-reviewed conference presentations. He holds two copyrights, has written two books and has a third book under contract (Global Talent).
An internationally known expert in Human Resources with specific expertise relating to the acquisition, development, and maintenance of human capital, Dr. Ployhart has worked with a number of organizations to develop selection and psychological assessments and performance management processes.
Dr. Chet Robie

Dr. Robie has consulted for international firms such as General Motors, Procter & Gamble, and Caliper, Inc., addressing issues related to multi-source feedback, applicant faking, test development and validation.
His current research addresses non-cognitive testing and cross-cultural measurement issues. Dr. Robie received his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Bowling Green State University.
