SkillSurvey offers all users access to an extensive job survey library. The library includes a full range of job levels and a combination of general and industry-specific positions. We realize however, that you may have unique requirements. Therefore, we offer the ability to customize our technology through our Professional Services team. Custom surveys are made available exclusively for your organization.

Whether you'd like a custom survey, or simply want to brand the SkillSurvey application, our Professional Services team offers you their extensive experience to fine tune the technology for your needs. This service can be leveraged at the time an order is placed, or at any point in the future.

While Professional Services can offer you a variety of customization options, SkillSurvey Pre-Hire 360™ allows users with designated Administration privileges, the ability to make a number of customizations on behalf of their organization including:

  • Pre-Hire 360™ Settings - determine the default requirements by job-type (e.g., number of references required, what contact information a candidate must provide regarding their references, and the rules around report finalization).
  • Configure Key Behaviors - identify and select 3-10 behaviors associated with a particular job that may be more critical than others to your organization. The survey results are reported in a separate section of the Pre-Hire 360™ candidate report.
  • Passive Candidate Compiler™ Settings - enable Passive Sourcing opt-out for all references.
