Step 3 The References

A personal email goes from the candidate to the references they entered.

It highlights the confidentiality of their responses and the signed waiver – and it’s why our response rate is as high as 85%.

The references then complete the detailed job specific survey, rating the candidate on the key competencies specific to their past job.
