Focused and thorough, the surveys enable references to quickly and accurately provide information regarding job skills and professional behaviors that are critical predictors of success in a particular job and work environment.
Survey Architecture Surveys are built using three components: Core Items - attributes that all employees should possess, such as being ethical, having integrity, supporting diversity, etc. Job Level Items - today there are two job levels; professional and manager. Professionals are individual contributors and Managers manage direct reports. Job Function Items - these items relate to the specific functional skills required, such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.
Together these three components create a system for measuring a broad spectrum of critical skills, values and behaviors required for success in a specific job.
