Using SkillSurvey Reference and our Pre-Hire 360 reference checking process, HR is getting much more – and much better – feedback in less time. Candidates provide a minimum of five references, two of whom must be managers. In the past, candidates only gave two or three references.
Most references readily respond because the process is easy, and the e-mailed invitation comes directly from the candidate. And the assurance of confidentiality makes them more candid. References are asked to give feedback on the candidate’s skills and behaviors that correlate with day-to-day success on a particular job opening.
