Brenda brings more than 20 years of leadership and management experience, with a strong background in recruitment and technology prior to SkillSurvey.

An expert advisor with global consulting experience, she’s spent her career improving the quality-of-hire of organizations as varied and successful as Wal-Mart, GlaxoSmithKline and Reebok.
She has a Ph.D. in biopsychology from the University of Chicago and is active in industry bodies including the Human Capital Institute and the Society for Human Resources (SHRM).

John oversees all SkillSurvey’s sales activities including inside sales and field sales across all lines of business. John has over 15 years’ experience as a sales executive with a record of rapidly growing sales through the implementation of strategic processes, development of corporate strategy and business alliances.
In his prior role, John held several long-term engagements serving as VP of sales for numerous clients and provided strategic planning and sales productivity execution to SaaS and healthcare companies. Prior to Derby Management, John also served as VP of Sales for Crowe Paradis (acquired by Verisk Analytics), a Fortune 500 company, Harmony Healthcare, and Acronis Software. He is a Tufts University Graduate where he was the captain of the football team and has his MIT Sloan Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation.
