NACE’s research shows that students rate themselves higher than employers in most of the competencies that are important to career readiness. To address the divide, SkillSurvey and NACE have launched the Career Readiness Project. In this post, NACE shares the status of the first phase of the project which involved 80 institutions and 6,000 students. The next phase is now underway and the NACE research team will continue to analyze results.
