As employers, we must all do what we can to slow the spread of the coronavirus.  At SkillSurvey, we remain fully prepared with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to fully continue to meet our customers hiring needs especially during this difficult time.

We are also taking precautions to keep our employees safe and to prevent the spread of the disease.

  • SkillSurvey is fortunate to have the culture and tools in place that have fostered an existing semi-remote-based workforce. For the immediate time being, all our employees will be working remotely.
  • We’re limiting our travel and this may mean that we’ll be holding more virtual meetings with you.
  • As a cloud-based solution, SkillSurvey already relies on redundant data centers including multi-server architecture for high availability and performance scalability.
  • Our employees have always worked together in a highly collaborative environment, and this means someone is always there to support our customers’ needs.

We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are actively tracking and following recommendations from the US Centers for Disease Control on prevention and planning and are taking action based on guidance from public health experts.

As your hiring process is impacted, and many of your in-person hiring steps are delayed or changed, we know that you need the insights that references can provide more than ever. We’ll continue to be there delivering this critical data.

In the meantime, stay healthy! Stay connected. We hope that the COVID-19 disease passes quickly with minimal impact to our friends and colleagues.

Now that we’re all working remotely to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), the skills an employee needs to be effective are more apparent than ever. Here are some tips from engagement expert Kevin Sheridan who wrote in this blog post.
